Taylor Swift Incorporates Travis Kelce Touchdown Dance into New Era’s Tour Choreography
Taylor Swift Fans Convinced She’s Incorporating Travis Kelce’s Dance Moves on Tour
Pop star Taylor Swift has been making headlines once again, but this time it’s not for her music. Fans are convinced that Swift is incorporating some of her boyfriend Travis Kelce’s signature dance moves into her performances on tour.
Videos have emerged showing Swift and her dancers performing in Paris, with striking similarities to Kelce’s touchdown celebrations. The moves came during the song ‘So High School,’ which contains references to Kelce, including lines like ‘I feel like laughin in the middle of practice’ and ‘I wanna find you in a crowd…’
Fans took to social media to express their excitement, with one Twitter user writing, ‘taylor did the so high school choreography with travis i [swear to god].’ Another fan commented, ‘i wonderrrr where she got that move from,’ alongside a side-by-side clip of Swift and Kelce’s dance moves.
This isn’t the first time Swift has paid tribute to Kelce and the Chiefs during her performances. Earlier this week, she and her dancers ‘swag surfed,’ a signature move done by Chiefs fans at Arrowhead stadium. Swift even joined the Chiefs Kingdom in doing the move during their playoff win over the Dolphins in January.
One TikTok user pointed out that during Swift’s performance of The Archer throughout her tour, she used her arms to mimic shooting off a fake bow and arrow – a move that Kelce has also done as a touchdown celebration. However, Swift is no longer performing The Archer as part of her setlist.
It seems like Swift is not only dedicated to her music but also to showing love for her boyfriend and his team on stage. Thursday’s show in Paris marked Swift’s first performance after a two-month break from her record-breaking tour, and fans can’t wait to see what other surprises she has in store.
